After years of trying different billing models we have evolved to our preferred way of working which is to get you things at cost and then charge a fee (30%). This is a clear transparent way of working that has been very popular.

Most of our competitor’s source mainly out of New York. While we love and use the D&D Building, markups can be stratospheric. Often we can order pieces directly through the manufacturer. Because of the volume of business we do, significant discounts can be negotiated and passed on to the client.


We also are very good with using budgets as a planning tool.
